I’m going to my first derby bootcamp this weekend in Blenheim. It’s going to be awesome, and exhausting by the looks of things!

Saturday:

9:00-12.30 – Training

12.30-1:30 – Lunch

1.30-3:00 – Training and skills

3:00-3.30 – Break

3.30-5.30 – Scrimmage

Sunday

10:00-2:00 – Scrimmage tourney (open to public)

HOLY MOLY my everything is going to hurt at the end of this…

    Scrimmage? Isn’t that what Harry Potter played? I see you flying on broomsticks around a stadium> LOL!!

      Definition of scrimmage: A practice session or informal game, as between two units of the same team.
